I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

How do I amend the articles of association?
Hold a board meeting and resolve to convene a General Meeting and approve a resolution to send to the members. The notice of the meeting must state why the Articles of Association need to be changed and should summarise the main provisions/changes in consequence of the new Articles of Association.
What is required to amend the articles of association?
To alter the Article of association of Company By giving Notice of at least 7 days. At the Board meeting, the given resolutions in respect of alteration in AOA must be passed. Get Approval to Alteration in Article of Association and recommending the proposal for members' consideration by way of special resolution.
What is table F in articles of association?
Table F- AOA of a company limited by shares. Table G- AOA of a company limited by guarantee and having a share capital. Table H- AOA of a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. Table I- AOA of an unlimited company and having a share capital.
What is the process for alteration of articles of association?
A company may modify, delete or add any article in the following manner: Step 1: Board of Directors Meeting. Convene a meeting of the Board of Directors following Section 173 and Secretarial Standard (SS-1). Step 2: Convene General Meeting. Step 3: File Form MGT-14 with ROC. Step 4: Effect of AOA Amendment.
