It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... Application is predictable and user…
Application is predictable and user friendly, easy to handle. Most forms available within the website or easily finds them. Now when I need a form or fill one of mine documents I know is a done deal. Highly recommend PDFfiller.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. What do you like best?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.
What do you dislike?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!
