I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. The sales assistant who I was emailing is named Phoebe. Phoebe made the whole process a breeze and was very polite.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. How do you add a table to an editable PDF?
Using the Type tool , place the insertion point where you want the table to appear. Choose Table > Insert Table. Specify the numbers of rows and columns. Specify the number of horizontal cells in the body row and the number of vertical cells in the Column.
How do I resize a Table in PDF?
Resize the entire table. Using the Type tool , position the pointer over the lower-right corner of the table so that the pointer becomes an arrow shape , and then drag to increase or decrease the table size. Hold down Shift to maintain the table's height and width proportions.
