I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

This was so convenient
This was so convenient. It was quick and easy to register and begin filling out forms. This helped me out in a crunch to get my 1099 forms completed.

Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable
PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort!
Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

User friendly
The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.

The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

How do I report a corrected W-2?
If you receive a corrected Form W-2 after you filed your return with Form 4852, and the information differs from the information reported on your return, you must amend your return by filing Form 1040-X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return.

How do I revise my W-2?
To correct a Form W-2 you have already submitted, file a Form W-2c with a separate Form W-3c for each year needing correction. File a Form W-3c whenever you file a Form W-2c, even if you are only filing a Form W-2c to correct an employee's name or Social Security number (SSN).
What does a corrected W2C look like?
Your corrected Form W-2c has two columns: Previously reported and Correct information. The Previously reported column displays the amounts originally reported on your Form W-2. The Correct information column displays the corrected amounts, taking into account the change that was made this week.
What does it mean when your W-2 was corrected by your employer?
Basically that means your employer made a mistake and had to reissue your W-2. I would first verify that the corrected W-2 is correct. You can compare the old one to the new one to see what has changed.
Can mistakes on a W-2 can be corrected?
Call the IRS toll free at 800-829-1040 or make an appointment to visit an IRS taxpayer assistance center (TAC). The IRS will send your employer a letter requesting that they furnish you a corrected Form W-2 within ten days.
