It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

Focus on behaviors you have observed directly when describing an applicant's suitability for medical school. Consider describing: • The situation or context of the behaviors. The actual behaviors you observed. Any consequences of the behaviors.
Ideally, give the person three to four weeks, but never less than two weeks to complete the recommendation. Most faculty and staff are very busy and have numerous recommendations to write, so you want to be courteous.
Letter writers may not know exactly how much or how little they should write in their recommendation. Generally, these letters tend to be approximately two pages. While the letter should be no less than a page and no more than three pages, anywhere in this range is acceptable.
Information in update letters should be noteworthy updates that you have not yet written about in your medical school applications, including your primary application or secondary essays. Meaningful updates include: Job promotions. Research publication acceptances.
Outstanding letters come from individuals who can speak highly of your skills and qualities and, more importantly, how your merits make you an excellent medical school candidate. Unenthusiastic letters, even if written by a well-known person, are not desirable.
The letter should be about one page in length, and generally consist of three parts: the opening, the body, and the closing.
Unless specifically instructed not to send additional letters , competitive applicants commonly send as many as six recommendations, including those from additional academic sources, clinical mentors, supervisors in extracurricular activities, and research sources.
