All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!

The questionnaire asks applicant to send proof of income and supporting documents for all expenses. I do not know how to send these and hope I'll hear from someone about how to do this.

The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.

Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.
