Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. wasn't aware i was paying for it until i saw the charge on my bank statement. that should have been clearer. will know more about how much i like it when i print the documents i have entered. i also would like a tech support number as i am very bad with computers.

OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

The fact that the software does not offer a reasonable and affordable way for my assistant to access account and complete routine tasks

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished. What do you dislike? Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.
