PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.

The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

It was a little frustrating for me figuring out how to use the program. This should improve with use and guidance. It would have been helpful if I had first down loaded the "How To Guide". Thanks for a great program.

The questionnaire asks applicant to send proof of income and supporting documents for all expenses. I do not know how to send these and hope I'll hear from someone about how to do this.
