Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed. Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

Not only might you be fined if you're caught having made renovations without a permit, but you also might fail to obtain the certificate of occupancy you need to complete that transaction (or at least fail to obtain it in a timely fashion).
Not only might you be fined if you're caught having made renovations without a permit, but you also might fail to obtain the certificate of occupancy you need to complete that transaction (or at least fail to obtain it in a timely fashion). The result? A lost opportunity to unload your home on a willing buyer.
If you don't obtain the necessary permits for a home renovation and someone in your local government office becomes aware of that fact, you could get slapped with a serious fine. To obtain it, you'll need someone from your local government office to inspect your home and confirm that it's suitable to be lived in.
City fines or an order to redo But in the off chance that code enforcement authorities flag these violations, homeowners can face fines and penalties that far exceed the cost of the original permit. In addition, the city may require contractors or Divers to tear out work, such as drywall, and do it over.
Selling a house with permitted work as-is might be the easiest option. However, a home with permitted work that is sold as is will likely need to be deeply discounted in order to find a buyer. To find out how much your home is worth with permitted construction, contact your real estate agent.
Although building codes vary from state to state, a permit is generally required for remodeling projects that involve changes to the building's existing footprint, electrical system or plumbing. Adding new windows to existing walls usually requires a permit.
The short answer to whether or not you need a permit to remodel your bathroom is that permitting requirements vary from city to city. There are currently no federal or state standards when it comes to home remodel permits. So it pays to do your homework.
