What do you like best?
Customizable PDF documents for clients, editing documents are very important in Real Estate...and PDFfiller has made that extremely simple.
What do you dislike?
Can't really say that I dislike anything...however, I use is solely for the purpose of creating and editing documents..so my perspective comes from that angle.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Its hard to get clients to resign at times due to travel schedules, work schedules...so being able to edit a document in real time while in front of my client helps out tremendously.

PDFfiller Review In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is. Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

Very helpful tool, and easily accessible on the go! Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go. Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop. When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Many fields are also updated automatically when you go to Print Preview (click the File tab and then click Print). If you prefer, you can update fields manually. To update a field manually, right-click the field and then click Update Field or press F9.
Click on the 'Office' button. Click on Word Options. Select the Advanced tab on the left-hand side. Check the option 'update automatic links on open' under the General section on the right-hand side. Click on Ok.
Instead of searching and replacing all the figure numbers in the text, click “Edit” → “Select All” (or, Ctrl + A), which select the entire document, then, press “F9”. This updates all the figure number automatically.
To update all references in a document, select Edit Select All (or press Ctrl A), then press F9 or right-click and select Update Field. You can set Word to always update cross-references before printing your document. Select Tools Options and click the Print tab.
Make a field mandatory. Change the field label or hint. Delete a field from a table. Add users to a watch list. Configure email notifications for watch lists. Hide email addresses in a watch list. Highlight list fields. Modify string field length. Specify a default field value. Make a field dependent.
