Using it to send IRS forms, very flexible options. Would like to enlarge the font size for printing some forms. If I use it more in future I will be interested in the webinar, but no need right now.

To modify your query, you must enter Design view, the view you used when creating it. There are two ways to switch to Design view: On the Home tab of the Ribbon, click the View command.
Layout View allows you to edit the form properties while it has real data. Most form modifications can be done in Layout View, but in some cases, Access will tell you that you need to switch to Design View if you want to make a certain change.
