Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Definitely would recommend

Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

Initially was not happy for being charged £150 after my free trial ended (without knowing) though they processed my refund very quickly.

A good all rounder for filling pdfs and signing forms
pdfFiller is a useful tool that lets me fill, sign and send client contracts
I like being able to add text to pdf forms, then email,download or print the completed forms
I have to be honest, it's a bit clunky and takes some getting used to

Does what it needs to do, helps with modifying PDF files, just the whole uploading and downloading the file is kinda annoying and feels like it has a bit to many extra steps.

How long does it take to file a deed?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Who is responsible for recording a deed?
In the United States, the (recorder) of deeds is often an elected county office and is called the county recorder. In some U.S. states, the functions of a recorder of deeds are a responsibility of the county clerk (or the county's clerk of court), and the official may be called a clerk-recorder or recorder-clerk.
Who records a deed?
The buyer must record the deed at the recorder's office in the county where the property is located. This is to provide constructive notice to anyone who claims title to the property in the future and to anyone who records subsequent real estate documents, such as mortgage liens or lease agreements.
