The forms are in a different size, doesn't match exactly the form and sometime may be rejected by the instituion or company that issue the original form.

Very helpful in my law practice.
Ease of filling out a variety of documents.
Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. It is not that I was not satisfied with the program, it provided me with everything I needed to complete my work tasks remotely. However, I am on a limited budget and took advantage of the free trial opportunity. My intention was to cancel my subscription prior to renewal, but unfortunately I experienced a death in the family and was unable to cancel in a timely manner. I noticed the charge on my account today and immediately contacted PDFFiler customer support. Within 10-15 minutes of my request, I received confirmation that I would receive my refund. They were very understanding and accommodating.
