Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user. Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)
What do you dislike?
I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I work in HR so I use it for onboarding: signing new contracts, responsibility agreements, etc. It makes it easier to track everyone's progress and create a digital contractor file

Works for everything Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else. I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data. Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't… I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. To obtain replacement license plates by mail, you must: Refer to the Forms section at www.dmv.ca.gov to determine which form to use. Submit the remaining license plates(s). Submit a duplicate or substitute license plate fee. Mail the application, fee, and license plate(s) to the address on the form.
You must also pay a $16 replacement fee and a $1 reflectorized license plate fee (other fees may apply) when submitting your application. If you have damaged license plates or if only one license plate has been stolen, you must surrender them to DMV officials.
If the year sticker for your currently registered vehicle has been lost, stolen, mutilated, or is illegible, you must request a replacement sticker and pay a substitute fee. Submit a completed REG 156 and the fee to the address on the form or your local DMV office.
The California DMV collects a fee for replacement item services. The DMV fees for replacement stickers, certificate of title, registration card, and license plate are as follows: $22.00 — Certificate of Title (Pink Slip) $22.00 — License Plates (Set of two)
You must replace your license plates immediately after your plate(s) has been lost, stolen, mutilated, or become illegible. Complete an Application for Special Interest License Plates or Special License Plate Application (REG 17 or REG 17A). Surrender license plates Surrender any remaining license plates.
