The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

could be better I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose. some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.

What do you like best? Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time. What do you dislike? Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

What do you like best? I enjoy PDF Filler because it is not as expensive as Adobe Pro, and it allows me to quickly edit, sign, and return any PDF document I would normally need to print out, and scan back to myself. What do you dislike? One dislike I have is the fact I need to download everything. It would be really helpful if everything would be automatically saved on something like a onedrive (cloud storage), where it would be automatically saved. This way, I can have a local folder on my computer without needing to go into the webpage and click download What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? I no longer need to waste paper to download a form, and fill it out. Normally I would need to do this, then scan it back to myself. now I can upload, edit, and sign the form which saves a lot of time.

A warranty deed is sometimes called a general warranty deed. Using the word general distinguishes a general warranty deed from other deeds that provide a limited warranty, like special warranty deeds, statutory warranty deeds, or limited warranty deeds.
A warranty deed is a document often used in real estate that provides the greatest amount of protection to the purchaser of a property. It pledges or warrants that the owner owns the property free and clear of any outstanding liens, mortgages, or other encumbrances against it.
Paired with title insurance, your warranty deed guarantees that the granter is the rightful owner and transfers these rights and title to you as the grantee or new owner of the property. With a warranty deed, your title is clear. However, both the warranty and quitclaim deeds are not sales documents by any means.

The previous owner or party granting you ownership signs the warranty deed, showing your rights to the property. A quitclaim deed is the other main type of property deed.
