It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

Can't really say that I dislike anything...however, I use is solely for the purpose of creating and editing documents..so my perspective comes from that angle.

What do you like best?
I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.
What do you dislike?
The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
