Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

So far, I like it.
If this app does as it looks so far, I can cancel 2 subscriptions for a pdf editor and digital signature app. This will consolidate our work into 1 location. I'm still learning the app but so far, I like it.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. However, I sent a message to support and they were very efficient, professional, nice and helpful (Thank you, Roxie).In less than one hour I had my money back.It was one of my best experiences in these kind of situation.Thank you and congratulations to Roxie and all the team of pdffiller.You are awesome!!

Very easy to use, only thing is learning for a beginner is how to save the files so that they are editable in Microsoft word, and the work of art is not all over the place in the word document, thanks a lot! 10 stars for the service!
