Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. I preveiously gave the program a low rating before technicians showed me that my problem was user error. I find PDFfiller a great addition to my daily work. I can fill the forms in and also go back and edit. Love it!

Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form.
I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

Fabulous addition for the office!!…
We added this for our company in the office as a tool to try out and make things easier. Honestly I have used it far more than I thought. No more printing out anything to fill out and sign it and then scan it back and send it. You can upload and fill in the spaces, check any boxes and sign it, save it and email it right over, and it looks so much more professional too.

This site is both efficient and extremely useful! Out of all the pdf sites I have ever used, this one is the simplest to navigate and does not constantly try to get me to pay for a subscription. I love its many features and will continue to use it.

Can an employer change your pay period?
Federal Law The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) does not prohibit employers from changing paydays. But the law states that wages must be paid when due, which generally means the next regularly scheduled payday.
Can an employer change your pay day without notice?
Your employer does not have the right to change paydays without notice. Labor Code 207 provides: Every employer shall keep posted conspicuously at the place of work, if practicable, or otherwise
How much notice does an employer have to give to change pay?
Where changes are made to your contract, employers must give you written notification of the change within four weeks.
What happens if I don't get my paycheck on time?
Contact your employer (preferably in writing) and ask for the wages owed to you. If your employer refuses to do so, consider filing a claim with your state's labor agency.
Why do companies change pay periods?
Another reason businesses change pay frequencies is that they have to. Although no federal law says how often you must pay employees, there are pay frequency requirements by state. Most states set pay frequency laws. The states with pay period laws set a minimum frequency you must use.
Is it legal for a company to reduce your pay?
If an employer cuts an employee's pay without telling him, it is considered a breach of contract. Pay cuts are legal as long as they are not done discriminatory (i.e., based on the employee's race, gender, religion, and/or age). To be legal, a person's earnings after the pay cut must also be at least minimum wage.
Can a raise be taken away?
Employers can cancel a pay raise in most states without violating labor laws. If you are a member of a union, you may have some recourse, and circumstances regarding the revocation of your added compensation also may give you a foothold to file a complaint to regain your increase.
Can you reduce an employees hours?
Can your employer reduce your hours, or lay you off? The short answer is only if your contract of employment allows it. Your employer can only lay you off or require you to go on reduced hours if your contract of employment allows it. If not, your employer will have to negotiate a change to your contract.
