It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Fan Bloody Tastic on my CHROMEBOOK, nearly real time and it would be 5 stars. Realtime not yet available in this part of Australia. PERFECT fit for 100% cloud and paperless. Love it, just re thinking it and it is now totally 5 stars. Thanks :)

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I own an online business. I am constantly needing to fill out PDF documents. PDFfiller is so easy to use and it eliminates printing, then manually filling out the form, then scanning. It has been a great software purchase for my business.

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.
