User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

I'm able to have my clients sign documents by just emailing them the link and if they make a mistake, they can always open up the link and sign again.

Took me a minute to get the hang of…
Took me a minute to get the hang of it... after that no problem. Not sure if there is a tutorial for typing in text and moving the text where you need it...
