Great!! Saves me lots of time where I would have to find the form print it out and then type the information. The only thing that is a problem is the instructions within the form itself. I feel the instructions throughout the form should not be on the printout itself.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. Can a 12-year-old get a work permit?
Minors aged 12 through 17 are required to get work permits before starting a job. A minor under the age of 12 cannot receive a work permit except in the entertainment industry. There are a few exceptions to these rules.
How does a minor get a work permit?
Typically, after an employer agrees to hire a minor, the minor obtains from his or her school a Department of Education form entitled “Statement of Intent to Employ Minor and Request for Work Permit”. The form must be completed by the minor and the employer and signed by the minor's parent or guardian and the employer.
