I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. What do you like best? I like the fact that PDF Filler is available on the fly whether you're on your phone, iPad, or desktop. It's easy to sign, fill out forms, edit, etc. What do you dislike? I dislike the load times when opening a pdf document. Also, I do not like the fact that I cannot automatically send a pdf to SignNow without having to logout and log back into PDFFiller. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use PDF filler for all my real estate transactions. Because I've pre-filled all my personal information, it's easy to just substitute the rest of the information on the forms. It makes life a breeze!

You must notify the PHA in writing of any changes to your household size or income within 10 days. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your voucher. You can get access to your file at any time by making a written request to your Section 8 case manager.
A housing authority can initiate termination of a Section 8 voucher for a number of reasons, including providing misinformation, failure to report changes in income or household size, failure to pay rent or utilities or eviction from the subsidized unit.
If your PHA rules to terminate your Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher program assistance, you have a right to appeal the decision. Your PHA is required to notify you in writing that your assistance is being terminated. If this happens to you, you can request a hearing before the deadline set by the PHA.
If you receive housing through Section 8, and it has been terminated because of a contract violation, reapply to get your benefits restored. Not all Section 8 contracts can be reinstated -- if your housing was denied due to a drug conviction, for example, you may not be able to get your housing back.
You may be disqualified in the following situations: You have been convicted of certain violent crimes, certain types of fraud, drug trafficking. (If you have such a conviction, you need to call your local Housing Authority and ask if you should apply).

The payments cover some or all of the voucher holder's rent. On average, each household will pay somewhere between 30% and 40% of its income on rent.
