This comes in so handy for certain projects we do here at the office. I actually love it. Well worth the price! I would like to attend a webinar to learn more about the features and things I am probably missing out on.

Overall a great product Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word. It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
What is the difference between a full warranty and a limited warranty? a. A full warranty is a guarantee to replace a faulty product, while a limited warranty is a guarantee to repair a faulty product. A limited warranty is only good for a certain length of time, but a full warranty is good forever.
”Full Warranty” means the coverage meets the federal minimum standards for comprehensive warranties, while “Limited Warranty” means the coverage does not. This is an example of a full warranty. It specifies that the customer has a right to a replacement or a refund if repairs are not possible.
The basic warranty is limited to five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, and only covers certain defects. The powertrain warranty is limited to 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, and only applies to certain failures in the powertrain.
Essentially, an auto warranty is a promise given by the manufacturer or dealer to cover various defects and repairs over an allotted amount of time and/or certain amount of mileage on the car. In general, a basic warranty will last about three years or 36,000 miles.
A limited lifetime warranty means that a manufacturer is contractually obligated to replace parts of a product that break or are defective over the life of the product. However, the manufacturer is not legally obligated to replace parts that are not mentioned in the warranty or are broken or misused by the consumer.
A Limited Lifetime Warranty is a warranty against defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation and is valid for the life of the part as long as you own the vehicle in which it is installed.
Full vs. If the product is damaged or defective, companies offering a full warranty must repair or replace it within a reasonable time. A limited warranty works similarly, but with greater restrictions. A limited warranty might cover only specific parts or certain types of defects.
Guarantees generally promise free repairs or replacements for defective products and services, and they are usually issued at the point of sale, free of charge. Warranties, on the other hand, offer the same protection but for longer periods — and you have to pay for them.
