Screen Time gives you a detailed report about how your device is used, apps you've opened, and websites you've visited, any time that you want to see it. Just go to Settings > Screen Time and tap See All Activity under the graph.
You can also disable Screen Time Weekly Report notifications from the Notifications settings of iOS. You can achieve this by going to Settings app > Notifications > Screen Time > turning Notifications to OFF (or otherwise customizing them as you see fit).
Scroll down to the bottom of the Screen Time panel and tap the Turn Off Screen Time option. Tap Stop to confirm. Screen Time will be disabled, any collected data will be deleted, and you'll no longer receive those weekly report notifications.
Go to Settings > Screen Time. Tap See All Activity, then do any of the following: Tap Week to see a summary of your weekly use. Tap Day to see a summary of your daily use.
What is Apple Screen Time? Found in the Settings' app alongside Notifications and Do Not Disturb, the feature monitors the way you use your device, telling you everything from how long you've spent on certain app categories to specific apps.
Accessing Screen Time All Screen Time features are actually available in the Settings app. Open up the Settings app. Scroll down to the “Screen Time” section that's grouped with Notifications, Sounds, and Do Not Disturb. Tap on “Screen Time” to see your usage statistics.
