I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To download a fillable PDF version of your form, you can follow the steps below: Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish. On the left pane, choose PDF then click Download.

Can you download a fillable PDF?

a) If the PDF is sent to you directly as an attachment in an email, right click on the file, select 'Save As' and save it to your computer. In order to fill out a fillable PDF form you must (1) download the form; and then (2) complete and (3) save the form in a PDF Reader.
