What do you like best?
I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.
What do you dislike?
There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I fill in forms, I create forms listing medical issues/histories, electronic signatures are always handy. I also convert to Office Documents if needed.

PDFfiller is simple and easy to use. It gets the job done. Easy way to have paperwork signed. PDFfiller makes the documents look very clean and keeps me organized. Also it is not hard to figure out how to use it. The customer support is amazing too. There are no CC options when sending out a document for someone to sign. I hope PDFfiller creates that feature soon.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

It's very important to save your work as data can become corrupted, hardware can suddenly cease to function, and it is very easy to accidentally overwrite or delete an important file.
Save using the keyboard shortcut All programs support the keyboard shortcut to save a document. To save a file using a shortcut, press either Ctrl’S on a PC or Command’S on an Apple computer. If supported, the program either saves the file as its existing name or opens a save window for a new file.
The first way is to hit the File button in the top left corner of the software and then hit save. The next ways are key functions which allow it. They are CTRL’S, CTRL+W, ALT+F4, and F12.
