You have to carefully choose where to type, the format functions are limited and the printing is a little awkward as you cannot alter the margins. However, it is easy to use.

Home Inspector I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements Being able to fill reports online , print and send. The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

Save your favorite stamps so that you can access them quickly without having to select them from the Stamp tool submenu. Click and select any stamp in your PDF document. Click the “Stamp” tool button in the main menu and then select Add Current Stamp to Favorites.
Go to Batch > Apply Stamp. To use a previously saved batch of PDFs, click Load and select the desired file. The active PDF, if any, is automatically added to the process. By default, any document in the Files list will be affected.
