A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Start with a blank spreadsheet. Add any content you want to appear in new spreadsheet. Add the conditional formatting rules you want in each new spreadsheet. Use Save As and choose Excel Template.
There's no built-in tool in Excel for this, just as there isn't one for documenting the formulas used in a workbook. You could use code to go through all the conditional formatting in the workbook and output the formulas/conditions/ranges etc involved.
Copy a cell from the original sheet to an Unused position in the destination sheet (not one with data in it). Open the Manage Rules option of Conditional Formatting. Select Show formatting rules for: This Worksheet. For each Rule, adjust the Applies to match the range you require. Click OK or Apply to see the result.
To enable Conditional Formatting, you first have to disable shared mode, go into Review, Share workbook, and unselect 'Allow changes by more than one user at the same time'. Once you're done, you will probably want to share the workbook again.
Open the specified worksheet whose conditional formatting rules you will print, and press Alt + F11 keys together to open the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications window. Click Insert > Module, and then paste below VBA code into the new module window. Click Tools > References.

To copy only the conditional formatting, move your mouse over Paste Special, then choose Paste Special from the new menu that appears. Click the radio button next to Formats and click OK. To copy the contents and the formatting, choose All merging conditional formats.
