They have a good product but I'm not in… They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

Excellent Saves me from taking up so much of my memory on the office computers. Easy access and you can edit your documents anytime. It is very handy and you can save your work plus be able to edit your documents at a later time.... need to be able to tab from filler boxes and be able to automatically type in the boxes without having to add text boxes

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."
