Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, saving the entered texts/data automatically is not supported. What you can do is enable the save and continue later feature on the submit button.
Drafts will only appear on your Jotform account if they were saved while you were logged in. Otherwise, you can access them from the link sent to your email address and complete them. Please note that completed drafts will no longer be accessible as they have already been submitted.
In the Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner. In the left pane, go to Widgets at the top. Search and select Dynamic Dropdowns to add it to your form.
Contact Support and request to move your forms. In your request, list the URL of your forms to transfer. Provide the username or email address of the account where you want to transfer your forms and data. Submit the ticket and wait.
You can also use the save icon in the upper-right corner on forms with Save and Continue Later turned on. In Save as Draft, select Save and continue later.
How to enable and configure the feature. To enable the option to Allow recipients to save their progress and continue later, navigate to Account Settings > Global Settings > Web Forms. Check the Allow recipients to save their progress and continue later option and Save the page configuration.
Step 2: Implementing 'Save as Draft' 1. Creating the Draft: Use the `Patch` function to create a new record in your data source, marking it as a draft. 2. Saving Progress: As users navigate through screens, use `Patch` to update the draft record with their inputs.
Let me show you how. In My Forms, on the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar. Click on Settings. Go to Data. On Export Data, click on Download My Data. Click on Request a New Export. You can select Forms, Form Submissions, Uploaded Files, and Payment History to export.
