jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm . thanks

How do you save a document?

Step 1: Open the Document Once you have accessed the document, look for the options within the file interface, typically located in the upper toolbar. From there, you can choose to save the document as a PDF, ensuring that the electronic signature is preserved.

Can you export documents from ?

To download the envelope contents, For separate files in a ZIP file - select All for all files, or check the files you want to download as separate files in a ZIP file. Document gives you all of the documents in the envelope. For a single PDF of all files in the envelope - select Combine all PDFs into a single file.

Can you download a document as a PDF?

You can download the document in its original format or download it as a PDF. You can download a document even when the document is locked or checked out by another user. In all cases, the copy of the document in CLM remains unaffected in its native file format.

How do I download after signing?

Copy the multi-character security code at the bottom of the email, go to ..com, and click Access Documents. Paste the security code from the Completed email, and select GO. The document that you signed opens. You can now print or download your documents.

Can I copy a document?

Log into your account and navigate to the Templates tab. To create a copy: Option 1: On the right-hand side of the Templates row, select the action button > Copy.

Can you do a Dropdown in ?

Document Generation forms have the option to include a Multiselect Attribute Field that you can link to a dropdown attribute. The Multiselect Field allows the user choose more than one option from a Dropdown Field.
