I am very happy with the service. It is easy to use and very versatile. It is, however, quite expensive for the annual plan. Even if I used this on a daily basis, I'd feel like50 a year is much more reasonable.

Open the email you want to save, and click the icon resembling a printer in the upper right corner of the opened message as though you were actually attempting to print the message. Check the Destination where you will be sending the message. If it says Save as PDF, then click Save, and you're all set.
Click Compose. At the bottom, click Attach files. Select the file and click Open. Click Send.
Select the email you want to convert to PDF, click File > Print, select Microsoft Print to PDF from the Printer drop-down list, and click Print. In the Save Print Output As dialog, select one path to place the file, and give it a name.
Click the attachment in the Reading Pane or the open message. On the Attachments tab, in the Actions group, click Save As. You can also right-click the attachment, and then click Save As. Click a folder location, and then click Save.
