To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and rename the file. To remove extended Reader features, choose File > Save A Copy. To allow Reader users to save the data they typed, choose File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (Includes Form Fill-in & Save).
This is an unusual glitch on some Windows 10 computers that are caused due to various reasons. This includes malfunctioning drivers, incorrect printer configuration, and more.
If you have the original source file that the PDF was created from, recreate the PDF. Open the file in the original program (such as a word processing or a page layout program). Choose File > Print, and then choose the option to save the file as a PDF. Open the new PDF, and try printing again.
Right-click the PDF printer icon listed under “Devices and Printers” and click “Set as default printer,” so that whenever you click the “Print” button in any application that supports printing on the computer, the PDF printer is selected by default with the printer settings that you have specified.
Preferences for viewing PDFs To access the preferences dialog, choose the hamburger menu (Windows) > Preferences or Acrobat / Adobe Acrobat Reader > Preferences (macOS). Note: If you any third-party plug-ins, set these preferences using Third-Party Preferences.
How to change your default PDF viewer to Adobe PDF Viewer. Right-click on the thumbnail of any PDF file. On the menu, click Properties. A new dialog box will appear. Select Adobe Acrobat DC or Reader from the list as your default. Click OK to save and apply changes.
