I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I talked to someone named *** and within 5 minutes, *** had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.
