For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To insert a header, click Insert > Header > Default (or the page style, if not Default) as shown below. Inserting headers and footers. Similarly, to insert a footer, choose Footer. Depending on which option you choose, an area will appear at the top or bottom of the page where you can enter text.
Click on the header for the row below where you want the freeze or for the column to the right of where you want the freeze. Select Window > Freeze.
Create a new page style. Press F11 to display the Styles and Formatting window. Insert a page break with this new page style. Click Insert > Header and then select the page style for which you want to create header. Click Insert > Footer and then select the page style for which you want to create footer.
Since headers and footers are managed separately, removing a footer doesn't affect the headers. To remove a footer, follow the same process used to create one. Click the Insert menu, point the cursor to Footer and deselect the page style from which you want to remove the footer.
Create a new page style based on the Default Style page style (right-click > New). Organizer tab > give this new style a meaningful name (e.g., “No header / footer”) > set Next Style to “Default Style”. Header tab > uncheck Header on. Footer tab > uncheck Footer on. Click OK.
