I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This method requires two forms and PAGE BREAKS in order for it to work. Create a form to get the NAME and EMAIL. Create another form where they will be redirected to. When the MAIN FORM is finished, click PREVIEW FORM at the top right. Copy the FORM URL.
Google doesn't currently support this feature — there is no way to save a form and have a user return to it later without submitting it. By using question logic, we can send survey-takers to the “Submit form” page which then gives them an “Edit this form” link that they'll need to save.
While saving your progress isn't a feature officially built into Google Forms, there's a pretty quick & easy way to mimic the behavior using response receipts. Check it out!
However if you have a regular Gmail / Google Account, you have another option now to prevent multiple form submissions from the same user. If someone tries to fill the Google Form again, a warning message will be displayed saying You've already responded. You can only fill out this form once.
To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and rename the file. To remove extended Reader features, choose File > Save A Copy. To allow Reader users to save the data they typed, choose File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (Includes Form Fill-in & Save).
