How do I edit an interactive PDF?
Open any document in PDF Studio 9 or above.
On the menu bar select Forms→Create/Edit Form.
This will open up the Form Field Toolbar.
You can now edit the Create/Edit forms on the PDF document as needed. (
Once complete click on Stop Form Editing to close the toolbar.
How does the title field work in ?
Just like the Company field, the Title field automatically populates with the recipient's title from their My Identity information. Otherwise, the recipient can type in their title. Email. This field automatically populates with the recipient's email address.
How do I change the full name preview on ?
Select your profile image and choose Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. In the My Profile Information, in the Name section, select UPDATE. Change your name as desired.
How do you preserve the original document file name in ?
To preserve the original file name, Retrieve exports each document individually, instead of compressing the documents in a zip file. Because each export requires one API call, exports that include envelopes with multiple documents can significantly increase API usage, reaching the API rate limit quicker.
Does delete old documents?
By default, securely retains all customer documents on the service for as long as the account is active. When an account is closed, purges all sent, signed, and voided envelopes that are older than two years from the account closure date.
How do I change the file name in ?
Rename a Document in the Files section of a Salesforce Access the Files Edit menu on a Salesforce record: Open a Salesforce record as a Negotiator user. Select Rename from the drop-down menu. Enter a new file name in the Document Name field. Select the Rename button.
How to save documents in ?
Find the document in your Completed folder. Double-click on it and then click the Download button above the document on the screen. This will open a window asking whether you would like to download the combined document or an archive of all documents.
