Great Customer Service I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

Can I download forms from JotForm?

You can download all uploaded files through Jotform Tables or Jotform Inbox. Here's how you can do it through Jotform Tables: On the My Forms page, select the form. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.

How do I make a fillable PDF downloadable?

It's easy to create fillable PDF form in Adobe Acrobat. Open Acrobat. Select a file or scan a document. Add new form fields. To change existing text boxes or images, click Edit in the toolbar. Save your fillable PDF.

How do I convert Jotform to PDF?

Go to My Forms and choose a form. Open More on the right, then select Create PDF Document or Open PDF Editor from the menu.
