Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

Your account nickname is a unique identifier that allows for all transactions related to your account, vendor or affiliate, to be accurately tracked. Click: Your account nickname cannot be changed once you have selected it.
It is that name which you can give your card at the setup settings. This function is for those people who have several bank accounts, and it is easier for them to remember nicknames (such as Mike's card, Card for Shopping, etc.) than long numbers.
The credit card nickname is a reference for your own use, so you know which credit card you're using. The idea is that when you have more than one credit cards, you can remember which one you use for a certain payment. Adding nicknames to your cards is just a way of making your life easier when making payments.
Nicknames for Your Accounts My Accounts > Nicknames. You can assign your own description or name to all of your individual savings, checking, certificate, and loan accounts. This can be a great way to keep track of how you organize your money.
Online Banking: Payee Nickname. Nicknames are given to your payees to help you identify your accounts quickly. To change a payee nickname, from the list of people and businesses you pay, click the payee you wish to change and then click Change payee nickname.
What is an account nickname? Entering an account nickname is optional. It's a way to identify an account in the alerts you receive. If you have the same alerts set up on multiple accounts, an account nickname will allow you to know which one triggered an alert without logging in to A+ Online Banking immediately.
Retrieving your forgotten username or password is easy. Select Forgot username and/or password? On the login form. The system will prompt you to select whether you need your username, your password or both and then walk you through retrieving the forgotten information.
