Can documents be recorded?
stores the journal entries and audio-visual recording for 10 years. This retention period complies with the most stringent jurisdiction requirements. You can also download the journal entries and recording after a session.
Where are my saved documents in ?
On the Web Application, select the Manage tab. Your documents are listed there.
How do I save a custom field in ?
Create Custom Fields for Documents In eSignature Admin, select Document Custom Fields. Select ADD DOCUMENT FIELD. Enter a name for the custom field. Select the type of field you want to create from the Type menu, for example, Date Signed, Drop Down or Radio Button. Select SAVE to save your custom field.
Can store documents?
By default, securely retains all customer documents on the service for as long as the account is active. Envelopes/Documents within an account are never removed unless one of the following has occurred: Account Administrator has enabled the Document Retention feature or used Targeted Purge.
Can you download a PDF from ?
In CLM, you can download a copy of a stored document to your local machine. You can download the document in its original format or download it as a PDF. You can download a document even when the document is locked or checked out by another user.
Can you save documents on ?
You can save any document you have sent or drafted as a template. Everything you added to the original document is included in the template. Save as Template provides a quick way to make a template from an envelope you've already prepared.
Can I download a partially signed document in ?
Yes, if you download the partially completed document, it should include all fields that have been completed by your recipients.
How do I save changes in ?
Edit Documents With Edit Log on to CLM. Select the document you want to edit. The selected document displays in Document Preview. Select Edit > Open Document. Make any needed changes to the selected document, and select Save.
