Where are Outlook forms saved?
The default location for non-mail forms is Outlook Folders. This saves the form in the default folder for the item type. You can choose another folder (of the same type), if desired.
Can you save Microsoft Forms?

Is there a way to save emails from Outlook?
Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Export to a file, and then select Next.
