How do I copy and paste content from a PDF?
Open the PDF document in Reader. Right-click the document, and choose Select Tool from the pop-up menu.
Drag to select text, or click to select an image. Right-click the selected item, and choose Copy.
The content is copied to the clipboard.
Why can I not select text in PDF?
The Text Selection tool may not be selected. Click the Show Markup Toolbar button, then click the Text Selection button. The PDF may require a password before you can select or copy text. The text might be an image instead of actual text.
How to change security settings in Foxit Reader?
Set Security Policies Choose Protect > Secure Document > Security Policies. Click New. Choose security method from the Security Method drop-down list and specify the policy name and description.
