I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. This system is excellent if you are using it most of the time if not surely with its complication and unique property compared to facebook and google, surely you will face difficulty in understanding all its features. Again this software requires time to master the system.

PDF filler works better than the pdf…
PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

How do you enforce a field in PDF?
How to make a field required in a PDF Form Open the necessary PDF form, choose Forms & Signatures > Prepare Form. Select the field that needs to be required, right click on it and choose Set as a Required Field: Save changes.
How do I save a PDF after I fill in fields?
Save forms To save the completed form, choose File > Save As and rename the file. To remove extended Reader features, choose File > Save A Copy. To allow Reader users to save the data they typed, choose File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF > Enable More Tools (Includes Form Fill-in & Save).
How do I lock a field in a fillable PDF?
1. With the form fields added to the PDF, right click on the Signature field you are wanting to edit and choose Properties. Then from the Signed tab, choose to “Mark as read-only” and select the fields you want to lock after signing. Finally, Close.
