It's an awesome program. The only problem is that this form is used with all insurance companies and the top should be blank for that particular company to fill in their name.

I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

Great Tool!
My experience has been great thus far. The use is seamless whether on my tablet, laptop, or phone, however, it's much easier to use on a laptop due to screen size.
I am able to conduct business, receive faxes, scan items, edit forms, and more while on the go. This makes life a BREEZE! I am never really disconnected from work unless I choose to be.
I would say the monthly payments are ongoing and never end. In real life, things like software have a finite value, however, I haven't seen an all-inclusive tool for less.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
