Can you extend 's expiration date?
If the current expiration date needs to be extended after sending the document, you can easily do so by accessing the document, clicking on 'Envelope Options,' and then selecting 'Change Expiration Date. '
How far back does keep documents?
Setting a document retention period is optional. By default, securely retains all customer documents on the service for as long as the account is active. When an account is closed, purges all sent, signed, and voided envelopes that are older than two years from the account closure date.
How do I set document retention in ?
In Settings, select Document Retention. Select Enable document retention policy. In the Keep for this many days field, enter the number of days you want to keep documents before sending them to the purge queue.
Does encrypt documents?
Document encryption uses AES 256-bit encryption to ensure documents in the system are encrypted at all times. Any unauthorized changes in the underlying document will be detected and identified as evidence of tampering.
How to save documents on ?
Find the document in your Completed folder. Double-click on it and then click the Download button above the document on the screen. The combined documents will open a PDF file version of your documents; you can view and save the PDF from this window.
