I've been looking for an easy way to fill out these forms other then using a typwriter. The only issue was I couldn't find this years forms very easy. I had to contact customer support. ???

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.
