If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.
