clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step.
The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

Its great and affordable. There are lots of little features I like. The e-sign is the best feature as my business is online and having authorization forms for the clients to sign.

Searching for a form that I had…
Searching for a form that I had difficulty finding elsewhere, I found it here upon oa couple tries. Having trouble with the editing, which I always do. This site is superb, I'm just a tech dummie with a capital "D". Gotta go or I'd say more. Thank you for your excellent product and great free trials.

easy to upload signature
I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

How do I save text messages forever?
Android — Quick steps to forever save text messages Enable the IMAP feature. Launch SMS Backup+ and select Connect. Accept the prompt to back up. All your text messages will start backing up to Gmail and can save them forever.
How do I save text messages permanently?
Head to the Advanced Settings. Select Backup settings. Choose which types of messages you would like to back up to Gmail. You can also tap on the SMS section to change the name of the label created in your Gmail account. Tap the back button to save and head out.
How do I save and print text messages?
Open Decipher TextMessage, select a phone. Pick a contact that has text messages you want to print for court. Choose Export. Open the saved PDF on your computer. Select Print to print out text messages for court or trial.
How do I save a text conversation?
Make sure you have a Gmail email account. Open Gmail and enable IMAP. Install and launch SMS Backup+. Choose “connect” and allow access to your contacts. Accept to send and view permissions for SMS prompt. With your Gmail account connected choose “Backup” in SMS Backup+.
How do I save an entire text thread?
Open a Gmail email account if you don't have one. Enable the IMAP feature. Launch SMS Backup+ and select Connect. Accept the prompt to back up. All your text messages will start backing up to Gmail and can save them forever.
How do I export text messages?
Launch Droid Transfer on your PC. Open Transfer Companion on your Android phone and connect via USB or Wi-Fi. Click the Messages' header in Droid Transfer and select a message conversation. Choose to Save PDF, Save HTML, Save Text or Print.
