I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Works for everything
Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else.
I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data.
Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

I will be back!
I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!
