How to organize documents in ?
Your account has a standard set of envelope folders, including: Inbox, Sent, Completed, Action Required, Drafts, and Deleted. To organize your envelopes, you can create folders and subfolders from the Agreements page. You can move items out of your general Inbox and Sent views by putting them into folders.
How to manage envelopes in ?
From the Agreements page, you can review envelope status, search for envelopes, and perform additional actions, such as resending or signing a document. In , an envelope comprises the documents you send for signature and the recipient and other information you associate with it.
Can you make folders in ?
You can create a folder hierarchy with as many subfolder levels as you need. Log on to CLM. Select Documents from the navigation header. Navigate to the place where you want to create a folder. Select File > Create > New Folder. Enter a name for your new folder. (Optional) Provide a description for the folder.
How to move documents in ?
CLM offers three distinct options for moving and copying documents: Cut, Copy, and Paste, Move / Copy, and Drag and Drop.
Can you download a contract from ?
From the Document View panel, select DOWNLOAD to download the original contract or to export labels and label values for the selected contract. Available options display: After selecting an option, the download begins. Once completed, downloaded files are available from the Notification Center.
Can you save documents on ?
You can save any document you have sent or drafted as a template. Everything you added to the original document is included in the template. Save as Template provides a quick way to make a template from an envelope you've already prepared.
How do I save an envelope in ?
From the Add Fields view, the top navigation bar presents options to send, preview, save, or discard the envelope: To preview your recipients' experience, click Other Actions and select Preview. To send your envelope, click Send. To save a draft without sending, click Other Actions and select Save and Close.
How to arrange documents in ?
No matter what order you upload your documents, as long as you have not yet sent the envelope, you can rearrange the order. From the Prepare view - In the Add Documents section, click anywhere on the thumbnail image of the document you want to move, and drag the file into the desired position.
